Ph.D. Candidate – Project: S4D3

Ali Rezaei Nayeh is a Ph.D. candidate in Petroleum Engineering at UNICAMP, with an M.Sc. in Geophysics and Seismology and a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering. He has over 11 years of experience in seismic processing and geophysical workflows, with expertise in designing, running, and optimizing processing sequences for subsurface imaging and interpretation.

His current research focuses on inversion of reservoir pressure and saturation using 4D AVO/AVA seismic data, applying AI methods to improve accuracy and reduce uncertainty. He is also interested in workflow optimization and computational tools to support efficient, reproducible geophysical analysis.
